Our Story

Dream Desserts NI began in April 2024 with a simple passion for creating homemade ice cream. What started as a small idea quickly grew into something much bigger as we discovered a love for baking and creating quality homemade desserts for our customers.

After starting with ice cream, we expanded into brownies, cookies, and other sweet treats. As demand grew, we noticed there was a real market for fresh cream desserts such as pavlovas, Lemon Meringue , and other homemade favourites. From there, our menu continued to grow along with our customer base.

We started attending local pop-up stalls while also taking personalised orders through social media and online messages. The support from our local community helped our business grow faster than we ever imagined.

In June 2025, we took another big step by starting our weekly pop-up stall at the Oak Centre in Dungannon, where you can now find us every Saturday. This has played a huge part in helping Dream Desserts NI continue to grow and reach even more customers across Northern Ireland.

Today, alongside our online sales and personalised orders, we now create birthday cakes, personalised cupcakes, ice cream cakes, fresh cream desserts, traybakes, brownies, cookies, and much more. Everything we make is homemade with care, quality ingredients, and a passion for bringing people delicious desserts for every occasion.
